Yesterday was Matthew's first day of school. He goes to the German Kindergarten about a half mile down the road. He goes for an hour a day all this week, then next week they are closed for holiday, and then the following week he will go for two hours a day and work up to all day. School is from 7:15-1:30 and on Thurdays he goes back at 2 until 4:30! I am sure that he will love it as he likes to play w/ other kids and I am not going to lie I am sure that I will love the break as well! His teacher does speak a little english and I am hoping that he will pick up on the german.
Today Zachary went to the doctor for his 12 month well baby check up. He weighs in at 25lbs 4 oz and is 32 inches long. He did have to get 4 immunization shots, but all looks good! He i s a healthy little boy!

How exciting for Matthew and for you! Happy late birthday to Zachary. I can't believe that a year had past. We miss you here.
